Controversy surrounds Miss Washington after a celebrity Web site published "bad apple" photos of her on the Internet.
TMZ.com posted photos of Miss Washington Elyse Umemoto flipping off the camera while wearing her crown, playing beer pong, posing in her bra and making suggestive hand signs.
Umemoto was second runner-up in this year's Miss America pageant.
The executive field director for the Miss Washington contest says the organization is embarrassed but the photos won't cause Umemoto to lose her crown.
A new Miss Washington will be crowned at this weekend's pageant in Tacoma.
